From a balcony on the third floor a plait

        was suspended to just above head level

        of passers-by. A bicycle, with a sign inviting

        the passers-by to ring the bell was positioned

        variously on the opposite side of the road

        or close to the plait.

        When someone rang the bell, the musicians,

        who were in position  on the adjacent balcony,                                                                                         

        started playing the accordion and singing.

        The performer on the balcony with the plait

        showered those below with blooms and 

        rose petals.  

                   This performance took  place in Berlin, Rigaer Str.,

                 on the 18th September from 3 to 6 pm.
